Customer Service Co-ordinator, an office-based role in
Redditch, offering a salary of
£30,000–£35,000 depending on experience.

Customer Service Coordinator You’ll coordinate service schedules, manage technical interventions, and ensure customers receive smooth, professional support at every step.
Customer Service Coordinator Key Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for all service coordination
- Manage service requests from first call to final resolution
- Schedule installations, planned maintenance, and technical interventions
- Track orders and keep customers updated on timelines
- Work closely with technical teams and field engineers
- Capture customer feedback and help drive service improvements
- Ensure every case is completed professionally and every customer feels valued
The successful Customer Service Coordinator will have:-- Experience in customer service or service coordination, ideally in a technical/industrial environment
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Salesforce/SAP are an advantage)
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
