The Role
As the Insurance Team Leader, you'll oversee a small team of 3-4 account assistants, while also managing commercial account renewals and securing new business. Your role will be pivotal in identifying client needs, providing tailored quotes, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the Sheffield team, helping to foster a positive and high-performing environment.
• Promoting the branch through networking and events, enhancing its profile and reputation.
• Handling client queries and resolving complaints to maintain strong customer relationships.

 
About You
