The Role
As a commercial account execuitve, you'll play a key role in a team of account assistants, while also managing commercial account renewals and securing new business. Your role will be pivotal in identifying client needs, providing tailored quotes, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the Sheffield team, helping to foster a positive and high-performing environment.
• Promoting the branch through networking and events, enhancing its profile and reputation.
• Handling client queries and resolving complaints to maintain strong customer relationships.

 
About You
We're looking for a commercial insurance professional who is ready to hit the ground running. You should be passionate about the insurance industry, with a deep understanding of the UK market and a love for client-facing roles. Here's what we're seeking:
