The Role
As the Client Engagement Assistant, your role will be pivotal in identifying client needs, building lasting relationships, and driving branch growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Promoting the branch through great conversations enhancing its profile and reputation.
• Handling client queries and resolving complaints to maintain strong customer relationships
• Accurately managing client information in the database

About You
We're looking for a customer service focused professional who is ready to hit the ground running. You should be passionate about building a true career, with a love for client-facing roles. Here's what we're seeking:

• Excellent communication skills—you know how to build relationships
• A positive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to tackle complex challenges head-on
• Impeccable time-management and attention to detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

Essentially, our ideal candidate has great people skills, confidence and a driven mindset.
Although it’s not entirely essential, you’ll have experience in a call centre or sales environment
