Job Description
Location: Nether Poppleton
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour
Hours: 12:00 – 16:00, Monday to Friday – Some flexibility/overtime required due to the nature of the work at peak times.
This is initially a temporary assignment with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right person.
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator to join the team at their Nether Poppleton site. This role involves working with a leading courier service to support them with their administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and signing in of visitors and contractors to site.
- Answering incoming Customer service queries via electronic systems and correspondence from internal stake holders.
- Some out bound telephone work responding to customer enquiries.
- Some management of held parcels and some operational admin work as required.
- Dealing with customers either on the telephone or in person.
- General administration.
- Use of systems such as Microsoft outlook, excel and word.
- Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new processes.
- Highly organised and reliable.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing plans.
