Role overview: As an Account Manager, you’ll join a dynamic team dedicated to driving growth and managing key client relationships. You’ll oversee a portfolio of existing clients and actively seek new business across Yorkshire, working closely with clients to ensure exceptional service standards and support ongoing company growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and nurture client relationships, focusing on retention and growth.
- Ensure high standards of customer service by managing cask levels and client expectations.
- Manage marketing materials to increase client engagement.
- Support sales reps in negotiating supplier pricing.
- Identify leads for the Telesales team to target.
What we need from you…- Solid understanding of the hospitality industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to phone, email and face-to-face interactions
- Ability to work to KPIs and meet goals
- Driving is advantageous due to location, but not essential
