Bookkeeper | Administrator
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (DOE)
Location: Sheffield
Hours: Full-time

The Role
Whilst maintaining and preparing financial records (with training provided by the company accountant), you’ll also manage office administration to ensure everything runs smoothly. You can expect to:
  • Oversee company vehicles, including tax, insurance, and AA memberships and handling changes to the fleet when required
  • Supporting the business with other relevant duties as needed
This is a role where no two days are the same, and you’ll be given the tools and training to succeed in every aspect.
 
The Ideal Candidate
As our ideal candidate, you’ll have a strong understanding of financial record-keeping, excellent attention to detail and the ability to quickly learn new systems. Experience handling accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and compliance reporting (BAS, GST, tax) is essential, along with proficiency in Xero, Sage or Quickbooks. You will also have:
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience in the electrical, manufacturing or construction industry, or a similar field
  • A great ability to multitask, handling a busy office environment efficiently
