The Role
You’ll be working closely with key customers, ensuring they get the best possible service while identifying opportunities to increase sales. Success in this role is about more than just hitting targets; it’s about building genuine relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing the right solutions. Your day-to-day will involve:
  • Building and strengthening long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and identify new opportunities
  • Managing the entire sales process – from quoting and negotiating contracts to closing deals and onboarding new customers
  • Offering the full range of aftermarket products and services, ensuring clients understand their value
  • Keeping a close eye on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the game
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers, from order to delivery

As our ideal candidate you’ll be the kind of person who takes ownership of their work, thrives on building relationships and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone or meet clients face-to-face. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy, but also knows how to work collaboratively to get the best results. The ideal candidate will:
  • Have a proven track record in aftermarket sales, account management, or a similar commercial role, with a history of growing revenue and securing repeat business
  • Be a natural relationship builder, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions that add real value
  • Have a tenacious, target-driven mindset with excellent negotiation and commercial awareness
  • Be confident using CRM systems and analysing sales data to identify opportunities and drive growth
