Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Welsh speaking Customer Service Advisor for an immediate start, temporary assignment based in either Bangor or Cardiff.
Pay Rate: £14.32
Hybrid/ Work from home Opportunity
As a Welsh Customer Service Advisor, your duties will include.- Respond to all types of customer enquiries which come into the organisation.
- Use systems to manage and update enquiries.
- Processing permitting applications and licences.
- Ensuring accurate data capture and processing to relevant systems
- Dealing with other enquiries within the Customer Hub Team.
The successful candidate for the Welsh Customer Service Advisor role will also need the following skills;- Fluent in both Welsh and English languages
- Good experience with all Microsoft packages
- Accurate with inputting data into systems.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to solve problems.
- Ability to work to strict times called and deadlines.
