Job Description
Location: Newport Celtic springs
Pay Rate: £13.13per hour
Working Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
We are currently seeking a skilled Administrator for an immediate start on an temporary assignment with our client based in Celtic Springs. This role offers a dynamic working environment within the
busy NRWSA team, and we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the NRWSA team
- Operate office systems efficiently and effectively
- Process and manage documents with high attention to detail
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Retrieve and access information as needed to support the team
- Liaise with both internal teams and external customers to ensure smooth communication
- Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets with accuracy
- Monitor and manage multiple mailboxes to ensure timely responses
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Previous office administration experience is essential
