Location: Cardiff
Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum
Hours: Rotational shifts:

Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM / 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Role Overview:
As an Internal Sales Advisor, you will be an integral member of the Commercial team, providing outstanding sales and customer service support to the South Wales and Southwest England regions. Your primary responsibilities will include pricing, order management, and administrative support for external sales managers. You will also handle live inbound inquiries from a diverse customer base, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Main Duties

Engage proactively with customers to understand and respond to their needs, delivering quality service and achieving revenue targets.
Collaborate with the Territory Sales Manager to effectively service both new and existing customers.
Develop and maintain expertise in product knowledge to recommend the most suitable solutions, upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
Follow up on customer inquiries to conclusion, identifying reasons for lost quotes, and working to grow sales opportunities.
Requirements:

Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Previous experience or knowledge of the construction materials industry is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
