HR Change Management Lead
Location: Hybrid - 2 days required per month in the Cardiff office.
Day Rate: £400 PAYE/Umbrella
Duration: 12 Months with possible extension

About the Role:
Do you have Public Sector experience with HR Transformation? Our public sector client based in Wales is looking for an experience HR Transformation Programme Manager to spearhead a People Transformation Project. As the lead, you will manage the manage areas such as workforce planning, budgets, enabling services, recruitment processes, and leadership & management training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Programme Leadership: Direct the HR Transformation Programme, ensuring it aligns with organisational goals and priorities.
  • Governance Frameworks: Develop and implement governance frameworks to support effective decision-making and risk management.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse and interpret complex workforce data to drive evidence-based recommendations and initiatives.
  • Workforce Planning: Oversee recruitment and workforce planning to ensure a future-ready workforce.
  • Training Development: Lead the development and implementation of leadership and management training programmes to enhance organisational capability.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with key stakeholders to embed HR best practices within the organisation.
  • Change Management: Drive cultural and operational change, ensuring successful adoption of transformation initiatives.

Key Skills & Experience:
  • HR Transformation Expertise: Proven experience in leading HR transformation programmes within complex public sector organisations.
  • Strategic Change Management: Strong ability to drive and embed change at a strategic level.
  • HR Best Practices: Up-to-date knowledge of the latest HR best practices and trends.
  • Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Governance Frameworks: Experience in shaping governance frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Data Proficiency: Proficiency in analysing and interpreting complex workforce data to inform strategic decisions.
