Customer Service Support
Tamworth Based
Temporary to permanent opportunity
Monday to Friday 8:30am – 16:30pm
Payrate: £8.60 - £11.44 (Age dependant)

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a new and vibrant team in a rapidly growing business as a customer service advisor. Full training is provided within the role, no experience required.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule installation appointments with customers
Manage and update appointment schedules on inhouse booking system
Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing solutions or escalating issues as necessary
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions

Requirements:

Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Computer literate; Proficient on all Microsoft packages
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
