Customer Care Co-ordinator

Our client in Tamworth is looking for a strong communicator to work in a small & well established customer care team. 
The role is Monday  - Friday - Office based - with an early Friday finish - £26,000 per annum. 
The business boasts an impressive catalogue of both products and services to a variety of customers Nationally. 
However, the business is extremely well established Internationally. 
Duties to include but not limited to :-
* Order processing
* Updating the bespoke system
* Extensive call handling both inbound and outbound
* Generating quotes / estimates 
* Working in a Team to ensure the smooth running of the office .
