Quality Manager ( Compliance)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Manager to join our clients Operations Team on a permanent basis Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00pm at their state of the art manufacturing facility in Tamworth. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's continued growth.

The role we are recruiting for as a Quality Manager is to provide accurate guidance to the company on all Quality related matters and promoting a positive culture and approach towards health, safety environment and sustainability . Ensuring that the products & services meet consistent standards of quality, aligning with customer expectations and regulatory requirements. Able to manage a team , being motivated in coaching them in order achieve their objections and KPI's. 

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager who has worked within the Manufacturing, Production or Engineering Industries. A demonstrable and proven track record in the use of Quality tools such as : - 8D , FEMEA, Ishiwaka, Root cause, Kaizen / Six Sigma & 5Y Associated tools. 
A knowledgeable understandin of ISO 9001 and adherence to ISO 14001,45001
Excellent communication with proven ability to produce high quality written reports and presentations.
