Sales Co-ordinator

Our client who has been established for over 50 years have an exciting new role to work within their team as a sales support to the co-ordinators. 
The company boasts an impressive catalogue of products and systems in a variety of manufacturing industries. 

Reporting to the Sales Co-a the role of Sales Support will be responsible for providing quotations via CRM and processing customer orders ( Using the bespoke CRM system) efficiently and accurately.
High volume order processing , dealing with customers via phone / email - resolve order queries 
Experience of using SAP / ERP would be a distinct advantage 

To be a success we are looking for applicants who have:

• Previous experience of working in a Customer Service Environment 
• Can demonstrate strong attention to details
• Can work well under pressure and still produce work quality
• Commercially aware with sound commercial acumen
• Team player and assist where necessary with Admin support
