Sales Team Leader

The role of a Sales Team Leader , is varied , fast paced and rewarding - This a full time permanent - ON-SITE post.
Working hours are fantastic - Monday to Friday - 0800 - 1630hrs ( 1 Hour lunch)
Full on-site parking

To be a success as the Sales Team Leader you will need a minimum of 3 years Sales experience  coupled with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Computer confident when using the MS office suite and Excel ( Advanced level) 
* A vibrant personality with a positive outlook who is able to demonstrate eagerness for the role, the team & the business. 
As the new Sales Team Leader , you will be :-
* Supervising a team of 3 
* Supporting management 
* Key account relationship building 
* Processing orders , raising PO's and direct invoicing 
* General Admin tasks 
* Conduct regular team meetings & staff appraisals
Be the Health & Safety leader ( Training Provided )
