Temp to perm opportunity Favourable day shifts Warm friendly team An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and hardworking administration assistant to join a busy friendly office. This is initially on a three month contract with the potential to become a permanent position.
An established manufacturing business based in Tamworth. The successful candidate should be a dedicated individual able to provide reliable administration support and take on the following duties.
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30-17:00
Friday 8:30-16:00
Pay: £11.44- will increase with experience
30 minute break
Main Duties of our administrator clerk role include:- Answering and making telephone calls
- Maintaining good customer service communication and relationships
- Post - incoming and out going
- Processing customer quotes and orders with meticulous attention to detail, training will be provided in using the necessary software
- Processing credit card payments
- General administrative tasks
Personal Attributes- Friendly, polite and enthusiastic
- Bright out going confident telephone manner
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
Desirable experience- Ideally you will have previous experience as an office administrator, although this is not essential
- Have a working knowledge of Windows operating system
- Be competent with Microsoft Word and Excel and have general computer skills
Essential criteria- Good written and verbal communication
- Reliable and hard working
- Competent in computer use and data entry skills
- Quick to learn
- Able to concentrate within a busy office environment
- A team player with a flexible approach to work
