About the Role: We are recruiting for a
Contracts Account Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality soft FM services across multiple client sites. This is a
brand-new opportunity to shape the future of our operational success in a dynamic and client-focused environment.
While experience in the cleaning industry is beneficial,
it is not essential – we welcome experienced managers from wider service sectors who can bring excellent leadership, people management, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the daily operations and performance of multiple client contracts
- Lead and support a large field-based workforce across multiple sites
- Conduct regular client meetings, site visits and performance reviews
- Ensure service delivery meets client expectations and contract requirements
- Monitor and manage staffing levels, rotas, and site cover for holidays and absence
- Recruit, onboard, and develop team members to maintain operational standards
- Carry out site audits, quality checks and compliance monitoring
- Maintain excellent communication with both clients and internal teams
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards of presentation on all sites
What We’re Looking For:- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a management role
- Background in soft FM or service-led environments (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent people management and leadership skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- High level of organisational and time management capability
- Confident IT skills – especially MS Office (Excel, SharePoint, Power BI); PowerApps a bonus
- Ability to influence and build strong client relationships
- Proactive, solutions-focused and customer-driven mindset
- Full UK driving licence – essential
- IOSH certification – essential
- DBS check – preferred
Schedule:- Full-time, permanent
- Monday to Friday (flexitime available)
- Occasional weekend or out-of-hours support may be required
- Candidates must be able to commute reliably or plan to relocate to the Derby area
