Job Description
Resolution & Litigation Team.
This role may also suit a paralegal who is able to assist with audio typing.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients in person and via telephone.
- Filing, photocopying and opening and closing of client files.
- Audio Typing via Digital Dictation.
- Prepare bundles, both electronic and hard copy.
- Maintaining and co-ordinating diaries and appointments.
- Assisting fee earners within the team.
- Adhoc office administration duties as required.
