Contact Centre

We are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors to work for one of the UKs biggest companies for a 12-week contract with potential for longer fixed-term contracts.

This role will include handling inbound calls, customer queries and complaints over the phone. You will be required to use multiple systems and work quickly, achieving KPI's.

You will receive 2 weeks paid training for the role, ensuring you are equipped with the skills and knowledge to deal with customer needs.

The role is based in office, no hybrid working available.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a UK call centre is essential (6 months or more)
• Ability to work under pressure
• Comfortable with high call volumes
• Excellent computer skills

Details

• Location: Doxford Park, Sunderland
• Pay: £11.77 per hour
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Rota: Monday to Friday with some Saturdays
• Shifts: 8:00 - 18:30 Monday - Friday | 08:00 - 15:00 Saturday
• Start Date: 24th June
