Pertemps have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join one of our new local clients within the Rental sector in South shields for a 6 month post. This position has the potential to become permanent.
Responsibilities
- Provide Administrative support
- Overseeing daily office operations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Handle routine clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Serving as the point of contact for internal and external communication.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally in a school or educational setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience working in a rental sector.
