Role: Vehicle Sales Administrator
Hourly rate: £13ph to £14ph
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday- 9am to 5pm
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Vehicle Sales Administrator to join our client in Stourbridge! If you have previous sales experience within the automotive industry and are ready to play a key role in a fast-paced environment, this would be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the day-to-day operations of vehicle sales, ensuring the sales team is fully supported with all administrative functions.
- Handle customer queries and provide information on vehicle specifications, financing options, and solutions to any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process al sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all legal and financial requirements.
- Administer vehicle sales contracts, finance agreements, and vehicle registration details via Afrall & DVLA systems.
- Co-ordinate new car registrations, ensuring vehicles are correctly registered with the DVLA and tax is organised for customer delivery.
- Input vehicle details onto the DVLA system, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded.
- Manage warranty documentation and ensure warranties are processed and communicated to customers correctly.
- Organise vehicle tax for customers.
- Track and manage vehicle orders, liaising with suppliers to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery.
- Maintain and update accurate records of vehicle sales, stock levels, and customer information in the dealership CRM system.
- General administrative duties- scanning, filing, photocopying.
- Ensure all post-sale follow up actions are completed efficiently.
- Maintain clear & effective communication between sales staff, customers, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth process from sale to delivery.
Successful candidates will have:- Experience in sales administration role within the automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle sales processes, documentation, and systems (incl. Afrall & DVLA systems).
- Strong understanding of vehicle registrations, warranty processes, and vehicle taxation.
- Attention to detail, ensuring all documentation and registrations are completed accurately and in compliance with industry regulations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and vehicle management platforms
- Experience using Pinewood (Training can be provided).
