Salary: £11.44 per hour
Job Type: Full time, temp to perm
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
 
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Assembly Operative to join our client in Dudley. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for hands-on work.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and products according to specifications.
• Operate hand tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.

 
Requirements:

• Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
