Job Description
Location: Kingswinford
Industry: Manufacturing
Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
We recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer based in Kingswinford, providing high-quality products to a range of industries. Due to their continued growth, they are looking to expand their team with a dedicated and hardworking Production Operative for their afternoon shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery to manufacture steel products to company specifications
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet industry standards
- Follow health and safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
- Report any issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor

- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks
