Role: Wood-mill Operative
Location: Dudley
Salary: £12.21ph (depending on experience)

Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Wood mill Operative to join our client in Dudley. Successful candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the precision and quality of components for products.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate band saws and other woodworking machinery to cut wood components for products.
Follow cutting specifications and measurements with accuracy to meet production standards.
Inspect and maintain wood quality, ensuring all parts meet company standards.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth and efficient work flow.
Adhere to Health & Safety regulations at all times.
Perform general wood mill tasks as required to support production.

Successful candidates will have:

Proven experience working with wood.
Essential experience in operating band saws and other cutting equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when needed
