Production Operative

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join client in Dudley. This is a physical role that involves heavy lifting and operating machinery in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be motivated, safety-conscious, and comfortable with manual work.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Operating production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Handling and lifting materials, often requiring heavy lifting.
Monitoring product quality and making adjustments as necessary.
Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Working efficiently to meet daily production targets.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding role.
Comfortable with machine operation and quick to learn new processes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Punctual, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.
