Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join client in Dudley. This is a physical role that involves heavy lifting and operating machinery in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be motivated, safety-conscious, and comfortable with manual work.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Handling and lifting materials, often requiring heavy lifting.
- Monitoring product quality and making adjustments as necessary.
- Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Working efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding role.
- Comfortable with machine operation and quick to learn new processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.
