Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently assemble plastic modules into conveyor belts, following detailed customer orders and specifications.
Ensure high-quality work and accuracy in every step of the assembly process.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Adhere to the company's safety policies and guidelines at all times.
Ensure that all tasks are completed within the required time frames.
Maintain a clean and organised work space, ensuring that tools, materials, and equipment are stored properly and are in good working condition.
Work as part of a team, offering support to fellow workers and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.
Ensure all assemblies meet high-quality standards and customer specifications.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is essential. Candidates with assembly line or factory work experience will be considered.
Strong hand/eye coordination for precise and accurate assembly work.
Good basic mathematics skills to understand measurements and calculations related to assembly tasks.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift and move materials, and perform manual tasks as required.

Hourly Rate: £11.94 + Shift allowance
Hours of work: 07:30am till 16:00pm Monday to Friday
