37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm)

Responsibilities of the Legal Assistant role:
- Assisting solicitors with legal research, document preparation, and case management.
- Liaising with clients, courts, and other parties involved in legal proceedings.
- Maintaining accurate records and files.
- Diary management.
- Answering incoming calls and greeting visitors.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
Qualifications and Skills of the Legal Assistant:
- Previous experience in a similar legal support role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A genuine interest in the legal field and a desire to learn and grow.
