Permanent
Rugby
Up to £25,000 pa
Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)

33 days holiday incl. bank holidays, on-site parking, pension, etc.

Responsibilities of the Insurance Administrator role:
 
  • Policy Administration: Process insurance policies accurately and efficiently, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Claims Support: Assist in managing insurance claims from initiation to resolution, providing exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the process.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their insurance experience.
  • Technology Utilisation: Utilise insurance management software and digital tools to streamline administrative processes and optimise workflow efficiency.
 
Requirements of the Insurance Administrator role:
 
  • Previous experience in insurance administration, customer service, or a related role is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to review and interpret insurance policies and documentation accurately.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to contribute to team goals and support colleagues in achieving success.
