Key Responsibilities:- Accurately process payroll for all employees on a monthly basis as a Payroll specialist
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Maintain and update payroll records as a payroll specialist
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Assist with payroll audits and implement process improvements.
Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and relevant laws/regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities as a Payroll specialist
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred/ Payroll specialist
