Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for precision and productivity? We are seeking an experienced HGV Workshop Manager to join our dynamic team!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a skilled workshop team as a HGV Workshop manager
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and to high standards
- Coordinate workflow, allocate resources, and optimize productivity
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
- Collaborate with senior management to improve processes and performance
- · Provide prompt and accurate repair and damage quotation
- Encourage good workshop practices to provide a safe and tidy, hazard-free working environment ensuring compliance with the Company’s health & safety policy r
- Proven experience in managing a busy hgv workshop environment
- Strong technical knowledge as a Workshop manager
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
