Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for precision and productivity? We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to join our dynamic team!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a skilled workshop team as a Workshop manager
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and to high standards
- Coordinate workflow, allocate resources, and optimize productivity
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
- Collaborate with senior management to improve processes and performance

- Proven experience in managing a busy workshop environment
- Strong technical knowledge as a Workshop manager
