Location: Leicester
Monday-Friday 9-5.30pm

Are you passionate about creating safer, healthier work environments? Do you have a strong commitment to sustainability and compliance? We’re looking for an experienced Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead our EHS initiatives and drive a culture of safety and responsibility within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee EHS policies and programs.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Lead training sessions to educate employees on safety practices and environmental responsibilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
- Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in [specific industry].
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, CSP) are a plus.
