Job Role:Health and Safety Manager
Salary: 50-55k
Location: Leicester
Monday-Friday 9-5.30pm

We’re looking for an experienced Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead our EHS initiatives and drive a culture of safety and responsibility within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and oversee EHS policies and programs as a Health and safety manager
Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Lead training sessions to educate employees on safety practices and environmental responsibilities as a Health and safety manager.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics to senior management as a health and safety manager

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in [specific industry].
Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, CSP) is essential as a Health and safety manager
