Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to financial advisors, ensuring seamless operations
- Prepare and maintain client files, documents, and reports as a Administrator
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients
- Coordinate client meetings and follow-ups as a Administrator
- Manage client communications, ensuring timely responses and excellent service
- Help maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and experience as a Administrator
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software
