Position: Counterbalance & Reach Truck Driver
Location: Leicester
Employment Type: Full-time 4 on 4 off 6AM - 6PM
Salary: Competitive (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate both counterbalance and reach trucks for moving and stacking goods.
- Load and unload deliveries, ensuring goods are handled with care.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory in a safe, efficient manner.
- Perform regular safety checks on equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and warehouse procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck licenses (required).
- Proven experience in operating both counterbalance and reach trucks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to lift and handle heavy goods as required.
