Key Responsibilities:
- identify the correct insurance cover required as a Account Manager
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceed client expectations as a Account Manager
- Identify growth opportunities and drive account expansion.
- Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Proven experience in account management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset as a Account Manager
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Sales, Account Management, and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Insurance industry knowledge and experience
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities as a Account Manager
