A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a well-established organisation based in the Coalville area. Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to support their operations, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day administrative functions.
The successful candidate will play a key role in providing administrative support across various departments, handling office coordination, and ensuring efficient workflow.
Responsibilities of the Administrator will include:
- Answering incoming calls and managing an inbox.
- Maintaining organised records and filing systems, liasing with clients.
- Assisting with budget tracking and financial administration.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing itineraries.
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and external stakeholders.
- Raising and processing sales invoices and credit control
- Ensuring effective communication across teams and departments.
We’re seeking an Administrator who has:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
