As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting businesses with expert HR advice, strategic solutions, and hands-on implementation of best practices. Key Responsibilities- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner, providing expert HR advice and support on a range of matters, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organisational development.
- Conduct HR audits and assessments, identifying areas for improvement and delivering tailored solutions as an HR Business Partner.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and legal requirements.
- Advise on employee engagement, retention strategies, and talent management initiatives, supporting businesses in creating a strong people strategy.
- Design and deliver training programmes on various HR-related topics, helping businesses enhance their HR capabilities.
- Stay up to date with employment law and industry trends, ensuring clients remain compliant and competitive.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs and providing actionable HR strategies as a proactive HR Business Partner.
Requirements- CIPD Level 5 (minimum).
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to deliver practical, effective HR solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects.
- Full UK driving licence – travel to multiple sites is required.
