Job Title: Recruitment Consultant - HGV Sector
Location: Chapletown, Sheffield
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum DOE (dependent on experience) + Uncapped Commission + Company Car
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 17:00 & 08:00-17:30 Rotational weeks

Role Overview
As a Recruitment Consultant specializing in the HGV sector, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing candidates in a variety of roles within the industry. This role requires a strong sales aptitude, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to drive results. You will play a crucial role in growing our client base and building lasting relationships within the HGV sector.

Key Responsibilities

•  Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the HGV sector.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating rates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of service.
• Drive sales through proactive business development and client management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant recruitment regulations and industry standards.
• Attend client meetings and site visits as required.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant within the HGV/Logistics sector.
• Strong sales skills and a proactive approach to business development.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of recruitment compliance and best practices.
• A valid UK driving license is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
