Job Description
Pertemps are recruiting Day, Night and Weekend HGV Class C+E Drivers on behalf of our client, a global drinks logistics provider based in Normanton. With the run up to Christmas, this is a great opportunity to secure regular work.
Driving assessment and training provided on-site (paid upon successful pass).
About the role:
- Trunking between depot and RDCs
- Safety-first approach to driving and securing loads
- Pulling curtains back & using bungee nets
- Completing daily driver check sheets & logbooks
- Start times vary between 04:00 – 20:00 depending on shift pattern
- HGV C+E entitlement & valid CPC Card
- Licence held for at least 2 years
- Maximum of 6 points (no DR, CD or IN endorsements)
- Days (Mon–Fri): £16.85ph | Overtime after 8hrs: £20.68ph
- Nights (Mon–Fri): £17.89ph | Overtime after 8hrs: £20.68ph
- Saturdays: £22.16ph (all hours)
- Sundays & Bank Holidays: £27.96ph (all hours)
