About the Role:
As Mechanical Foreman, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy workshop. You’ll lead a skilled team of technicians to ensure our fleet of coaches stays safe, efficient, and road-ready. This is a hands-on role where leadership meets technical expertise.


Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the workshop team
• Carry out diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on coaches
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met
• Manage workloads, allocate tasks, and support technician development
• Maintain accurate service records and liaise with management

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a senior mechanic or workshop supervisor
• Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle maintenance (coach/bus experience ideal)
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
• Leadership qualities with a hands-on approach
• Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
