We're Hiring: Hire Desk Controller – Bathgate


Location: Bathgate

Hours: Full Time, Permanent, Monday – Friday (42.5 hours per week)

Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 per annum (DOE)

What You'll Do:

• Handle incoming enquiries and orders from customers
• Coordinate hire and delivery of equipment efficiently
• Liaise with drivers, workshop teams, and depots to ensure smooth operations
• Build and maintain great relationships with clients and suppliers
• Maintain accurate hire records and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a hire desk or customer service role (plant/tool hire ideal)
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Strong IT skills and attention to detail
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
