A rare opportunity to form a close, 1:1 working partnership with a dynamic Executive at a world-leading consultancy for an experienced Executive Assistant with an interest in diversity and inclusion.
As an experienced Executive Assistant, you will be the 'right-hand' to an ambitious executive with a warm, inclusive working style. You will handle classic scheduling and support all projects with full access to the inbox, calendar and sent items in order that you can maximise the support you provide. There will be multiple cross-border programmes that you will help to coordinate as the consultant is responsible for the firm’s diversity and inclusion agenda for their Plc client base at Board level, so a demonstrated interest or prior experience in this area would be an advantage.
You will be tech savvy with the ability to pick up new systems and online platforms quickly and easily, and have a passion for building and maintaining client relationships
If you have a proven ability to support senior level professionals in a fast-paced, international corporate environment (exposure to large professional services backgrounds will be prioritised), love project involvement and have a developed interest or passion for D&I, we'd love to hear from you!
- Degree education (or equivalent) preferred
- At least four years of experience supporting at Senior level as an Executive Assistant in an international setting
- Exceptional IT skills (including MS Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)
The organisation can offer a fantastic benefits package, flexibility around remote working, stunning London HQ and a large, friendly Executive Assistant community where collaboration is optimised.
