Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Perth (Hybrid after initial training)
Contract Length: 3 months, with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: £13.14 per hour (£23,900 per annum)
Hours: Minimum 35 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Flexible to work 5 days over 7, Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 8:00pm, and weekends between 8:00am - 6:00pm on a rotational basis. Includes 1 full weekend shift every 7 weeks, 10 late shifts (12:00pm - 8:00pm), and 10 early shifts (8:00am - 4:00pm) over a 14-week period.
Successful candidates will need to pass both a disclosure and credit check. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, directing customers to the correct department to enhance their experience and reduce call transfers.
- Manage a high volume of calls, averaging 100 calls per day, with each call lasting around 2 minutes.
- Use a scripted set of questions to assess customer needs and route them accordingly.
- Update systems with call details for demand analysis and tracking.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong customer focus with an empathetic approach.
- Proficient in PC use with excellent data entry skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible attitude towards working practices.
