Job Description

Duration: Until the end of March 2025
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:45 - 17:00 (1-hour lunch break)
Pay Rate: £13.63 per hour
Location: Arbroath

This role is with a third-party client, offering a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and professional workplace with varied and engaging responsibilities.

Main Duties:
  • Appraising situations to develop solutions for varied problems.
  • Collating, checking, and organising returns.
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
  • Creating and updating files while maintaining accurate records.
  • Handling routine enquiries through the One Contact Centre.
  • Completing digital tasks, including:
  • Data input
  • Complex word processing
  • Minute taking
  • Using a variety of software packages

Key Skills Required:
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other software packages.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in data entry and maintaining records.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
