Pertemps are currently recruiting for full time Christmas Warehouse Operatives to join our team.

The position is based in Cumbernauld G67 2XN

Basic hourly pay rate:

Day Shift £11.44 per hour increasing to £12.43 - Weekends £11.67 increasing to £14.91

Night Shift £11.67 per hour increasing to £15.53 - Weekends £12.69 increasing to £16.78

Shift information:

Full time and part time hours available - Any 5 days out of 7 days/nights, but must be available for at least one weekend shift

Days start time is 09:00 / 10.00 until 18:00 or until finish

Nights start time is 18:00 / 19:00 until 02:00 or until finish

Up to - 12 hours for day shift and up to 10 hours for night shift – For December & Christmas Peak days

Christmas Bonus Uplift rates - (on top of the hourly rates)

You must be available for most of the below dates

Wednesday 18th Dec to Thursday 19th Dec extra £2.00ph

Friday 20th Dec to Tuesday 24th Dec extra £5.00ph

Thursday 26th Dec extra £7.00ph

Friday 27th Dec to Sunday 31st Dec extra £2.00ph

1st Jan & 2nd Jan extra £7.00ph

Job Role:

As a Warehouse Operative you will be:

Picking food products for a well-known High Street Retailer

Working in a chilled environment

Breaking down and allocating goods

Achieving targets and job standards set out by the shift manager

Other duties which may include heavy lifting

The ideal Warehouse Operative will have the following skills and experience:

Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is an advantage, but full training will be provided

Excellent numeracy and literacy skills with good attention to detail

Must have a positive attitude and be extremely reliable

Ability to work under pressure, and to deadlines

Punctual with excellent timekeeping and attendance
