A reputable Building Services Consultancy formed well over 30 years ago are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their team. They have a strong focus on bringing a fresh approach to Sustainability, Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Engineering and as a consultancy have grown organically due to the time and effort they put into dealing with their clients on a personal and professional level. This has led to at least 80% of their work being repeat business from their ever-expanding client base. Project types they specialise in include Leisure, Hotels, Large Residential and Commercial.

They are aiming to pay anywhere between £45k and £60k for the position dependant on experience and you will have a 3-month probation period and an initial 6-month review where, subject to satisfactory review, your salary will be promptly increased. This is an exciting time to join the business as there is a slight restructuring expected to happen within their Directorship team and so naturally there is lots of promising potential for growth and progression.

What they expect from a successful applicant:

- A relevant / appropriate university degree.
- A desire for chartership if not already obtained.
- Proficiency of relevant building services softwares.
- The ability to work well within a team and meet project deadlines.
- Great communication, leadership and organisational skills.
